BALKAN CRISIS.
Vienna, May IG. In tace of the recent indignation against the ruling Prince of Bulgaria for remaining away from his country through a time of crisis, it occasioned little surprise that the Emperor Franz Joseph declined to receive Prince Ferdinand when the latter was passing through Vienna en route for Sofia. Constantinople, May 16. Fresh dynamiting at Salonika is being constantly brought to light. The latest discovery is that of 1000 lb of dynamite which is now being unearthed. Later information conveys the intelligence that the French and Russian Consulates have been undermined. The discovery has occasioned considerable alarm. The Albanians at Ipik threaten to kill Christian judges or gendarmes if appointed to that district. Sofia, May 16. A political crisis has arisen in Bulgaria. The Daneff Cabinet has resigned owing to an incident between Prince Ferdinand and the Ministers of the Interior and Instruction. Prince Ferdinand has summoned M. Petkoff, leader of the Stambuloff party, to form a Cabinet.
