The following is the cnn.ple.tion of (he report of the meeting of the executive of the Wuikato Agricult' ral ami Pastoral Association held ia Hamilton yesterday : Koles.—The draft copy of the rules of the Association were read ami approved, Schedule.—A sub-committee, consisting of the Presideut and Messrs Coates, Gordon, Chitty, Farrer aDd Knight, was appointed to revise the schedule and report at next meeting.— The committee will meet at Mr Koock s Waikato Hotel at 7.30 p.m. on Saturday next. Special Prizes.—Mr I. Coates reported that with Mr Milue he had canvassed Auckland for special prizes, and the trip had proved an unqualified success. I hey had only met with one refusal, and a number of firms who have uot previously subscribtd were this year treating the Association liberally.—Votes of thanks were accorded Messrs J. H, Scott (Auckland) and A. J. Farmer (Te Aroha) for their assistance in this matter. Dkainaoe,—The President and Me»?rs Gordon and Coates were appointed a committee to attend to the drainage of the Claudelands ground. General Meeting.—A general meeting of the members of the Association will be held on Thursday, 11th June. Office.—The President was deputed to nuke arrangements with the Hamilton Borough Council for the use of an office in the Council Chambers. Accounts. The following accounts were paf,ced for payment : Stewart, Dawson and Co., £4 10s : E. J. Wilkinson, £1 9s 4;1 ; J. T. Edwards, :U 2d ; J. A. Milne, £3. Donation —Mr Coates said he had been to Auckland tn canvass for prizes, but he hod no desire to charge the Association with his expeosep, and he would therefore hand them over as a donation.—Mr Coates was accorded a hearty vote of thanks. Premier's Visit.—lt was decided to interview the Premier on the occasion of his visit to Hamilton with reference to a footbridge to Claudelands, the railway accommodation at Kirikiriroa, and the setting aside of the Claudelands ground as a volunteer camping ground for Waikato.
