The Admiralty Court has awarded the Michigan steamship £5500 fcr towing the s.s. Waikato into Table Bay in July, 1902, when her tail-shaft broke. The Michigan was an 8000-ton vessel. The Court apportioned tne sum as follows : £4IOO to the owuers, £450 to the master, and £9oo to the crew according to their rating. Should your watch or jewellery need repairing, send to H. H. The circulation of The Waikato Aug us is admittedly 50 per ceut greater than that of; M)y other publication in the four counties—Raglan, Tiako, Waipa and Waikato.
