WAIHEMO STRANDING.
FINDING OF MARINE COURT. (Received Friday, 5.5 p.m.) SUVA, April 6. A marine court investigated the stranding of the Waihemo. It found that tire master had committed an error of judgment not amounting to negligence and not requiring censure of the court. The master was ordered to pay the costs of the inquiry, eight guineas.
