AIR SCHOLARSHIP.
ENTRIES ON THE INCREASE.. VANISHING. OPPORTUNITY. Last week entries for the avuttion scholarship established, by “The Age” in conjunction, with, the Wairarapa and Baiahine Aero Club were almost doubled. Thursday next is the final day on which entries win be received.
Only a. few days naw remain in which to take advantage of the chance of getting pilot training on easier terms than are likely to be offbred. again jfor a long time to come. Last week’s entries, as stated, almost equalled in number the whole of those previously received, so that there is some indication of a last-minute rush. Intending entrants should note that entries will definitely close on August 31, though candidates whose entries are in by that date will be put through their tests- on. a later data.
