PENALTY OF £5O IMPOSED 1 . HAWEBA, April 5. Pleading guilty to having carried on the business of a bookmaker at Hawera, Tony Urlich, a restaurant keeper, was fined £5O by Mr. ’Salmond, S.M., today. On a further charge of keeping a common gaming house, he was con' victed and ordered to pay costs. —■ (P.A.)
