FROM DUTIES ON IRISH GOODS. POSITION IN GREAT BRITAIN. LONDON, December 20. In the House of Commons the Supplementary Estimate of £3,410,955 for Irish Free State services was carried by 180 votes to 27. Mr. Malcolm MacDonald, Under Secretary for Dominions, pointed out that this was necessary owing to the falling revenue yielded by the duties on Irish goods.
