Cotter v. Stanley H. Ashton, ss; Isaac Allen v W. D. Watson, £l2 16s 8d; J. D. Smith v Elizabeth Leigh Deed, £23 4s; T. G. Hoar and Sons v V. A. Gaskin, £5; Wairarapa Hospital Bpard v William Galvin, £3 3s; Wairarapa Hospital Board v W. J. Tilyard, £3 12s. Upon a judgment summons, W. H. Corlett was ordered to pay a sum of £44 14s 2d to Mason, Struthers and Co., in default one month’s imprisonment. W. Compton was ordered to pay the K. and H. Butchery Co., a sum of £lB 16s lid, in default 19 days’ imprisonment.
