OVERSEA SCOTS.
DELEGATION TO HOMELAND ASSISTING MIGRATION SYDNEY, April 4. A delegation of 650 Scotchmen who have settled or been bred in Australia, departed to Scotland in the steamer Hobson’s Bay, amid a skirl of bag-* pipes. The steamer was specially chartered for the purpose.
