(“The AgeV Special). The Bishop of Wellington will preach »t the services in St. Mark’s C.lurch, Carterton, on Good Friday and Easter Dr.y. Annual Ball. The annual ball of the Ponataki Ahiaruho Sports Club which was held Parkes le on Tuesday evening, was very successful. During the evening -Mr and Mrs Staveley danced the Irish 3‘g, and Mr Morris (Gladstone) on tri»uted a song. The music for the danc■ng was provided by the new Na- \ P r vp Orchestra. Extras were played by Miss H. Denbee and Mrs Kingi. Mr. r. H. Booth was M.C., and a dainty •’opper was providcd.by the committee.
