NEW PLYMOUTH AT WORK. NEW HOLD-UP IN SOUTH. NEW PLYMOUTH, March 18.— Work was resumed this morning at the wharf without incident.—(P.A.) Coastal Boat Held Up. CHRISTCHURCH', March 18.—The waterside workers at Lyttelton refused to accept a call to discharge coal on the steamer Gale, from Westport. It is stated that the reason may be that the coal is from a cooperative contract mine.—(P.A,)
