THE SIRDAR’S MURDERER.

NOT YET APPREHENDED. LONDON, Dec. 13.—Reuter’s Cairo correspondent says that 19 out of the 42 arrested after the murder of the Sirdar have been released, the evidence being insufficient. The Minister for the Interior intends to further charge Makram. Beid, a released deputy, with making incendiary speeches. The authorities consider the investigation of the outrage is proceeding satisfactorily.
