BRITISH RAILWAYMEN.
THEIR LATEST PROGRAMME.
(Received Last Night, 7.20 o'clock.) LONDON, May 18. Mr. J. H. Thomas, Labour M.P. for Derby, speaking at East Leigh, announced that the programme of the National Union of Railwaymen would include an eight-hour day, an increase of ss. per week in every grade, and an absolute recognition of the union.
