IMPROVEMENT ON THE VOLUNTEERS.
Mil ASQUITH'S VIEWS
(Received Last Night, 5.5 o'clock.) LONON, February 28. The Right Hon. H. H. Asquith, speaking of the Territorials, said they were a vast improvement upon the V olunteers, but they .'night require, in some respects, more encouragement. He did not favour compulsory training, but would welcome a revision of the educational system, in order to pay more attention to physical improvement, also to moral discipline and self-control.
