PORT OF LONDON.
RIVER DUES. 'Times' — 'Sydney Sun 1 Special Cables. (Received Feb. 21, 5.30 a.m.) m LONDON, Feb. 23. Vessels paying river dues at London during the last nine months aggregated twenty-three and a-half million tons, an increase on the same period of 1912 of two millions. Vessels lining the docks were of an aggregate tonnage of fourteen millions, an increase of one million tons.
