LONDON, December 6
Kelly House, a fine .mansion in Wemyss Bay, was destroyed by suffragettes. , < After the fire, a piece of notepaper was found in the street, inscribed: "This is a reply to the Cat-and-mouse Act."
The mansion, which cost £60,000, had .not been occupied for six months.
