The Austrian newspapers emphasise Servia's military preparation?. TheJSt. Petersburg correspondent ©1 "The Times" reports that official circles are more reserved in connection with thej matter. Unofficial observers consider that Austria is determined to fasten a quarrel upon Servia and discuss the prospects of an Austrian ultimatum to Servia.
