DIPLOMATIC PRESSURE. RUSSIA'S ACTION. VIENNA BOURSE BUOYANT, Received March 1, 3.10 a.m. VIENNA, February 28. The Vienna Bourse is buoyant because Russia has agreed to join with the other Powers in bringing diplomatic pressure to bear upon Servia, it Leing considered that this step will show Servia that she cannot rely upon the Russian Pansdavs.
SERVIA HAS NO AGGRESSIVE INTENTIONS. Rec2ived March 2, 1.18 a.m. ST. PETERSBURG. March 1. Servia has informed Russia that she has no aggressive intentions, and is prepared to leave the interests of Servia to the judgment of the Powers. In replying to this, Russia expressed satisfaction, and added that Servia's declaration regarding the acquisition of territory would find neither sympathy nor support among the Powers. The question of demobilisation was not mentioned,
