The Chamber of C >mmerce haj drafted resolutions for the forthcoming Congress, advocating: Extension of trade reciprocity between Great Britain and her colonies. Co-operation in keeping British emigrants under the flag. Suggesting that the Postal Departments throughout the Empire should confer with the object of devising a scheme for cheaper cablegrams.
