There is considerable interest being taken in the sale of the John Hall Estate, Pahiatua, which will be conducted by Messrs Abraham and Williams, Ltd., at tbe Olympic Theatre, Pahiatua, to mnrrow. This valuabla property contains some of tbe very best land in the colony, and is situated in tbe oentre of an important district, where land id rapidly increasing in value. The block of 365 aorea has been subdivided into areas varying from one quarter-aore to 37 acres, and gives an opportunity to all classes to secure a business or residential site or a small dairy farm. It is fully anticipated that there will be a very large attendance, and keen competition for the various allotments.
