Received October 17, 1.3 a.m. BERLIN, Ostober 16. The Cologne Gazette recommends I tbe immediate opening of tbe frontiers specially to Au ttalian and New Zealand fro£en' beef and mutton. This would, the Gazette coneiders, relieve the meat famine, and also encourage Australia to repeal the ordinances restricting the importation of tSerman goods. The article is interpreted as foreshadowing the Government's breach with the Agrarian Party.
