A BATTALION MUTINIES. Reoeived July 10, 8.55 a.m. Sr. PETERSBURG, July 9.. The fourth battalion of the Odessa regiment mutinied at Kieff, and ap pealed to the whole regiment to join as a protest against the rotten food and the commander's tyranny. Eight armed Socialists looted a spirit shop t Lodz. Four Cosaacks pursued, them into a rye-field, were they fought for six hours. Three Socialists were killed, and five escaped wounded. One Coasaok was wounded. THE DUMA. HEATED DEBATE ON THE BIELOSTOK MASSACRES. Received July 10, 9.45 p.m. ST. PETERSBURG, July 10. A heated, debate took place in the Duma on the Bieloatok massacres. The Government were warned of the danger of turning a deaf ear to the murmurs of the coming atorin which threatened to burst with a tefriflc explosion involving tremendous consequences. The leaders of the Constitutional Democrats declare that the two cardinal points in their programme are the seleotion of a Ministry from a majority in the Duma and the acceptance of partial expropriation as a solution of the agrarian problem. , The party does not insist on the immediate introduction of a Parliamentary government. ATTEMPT TO BLOW UP A BRIDGbJ. Received July 10, 9.52 p.m. ST. PETERSBURG, July 10. Twenty armed men expelled the picket guarding the railway bridge over the Vistunla River, near Cukowne, and tried to dynamite the structure. \ Reinforcements arrived and drove the miscreants off before the dynamite exploded. A CONSTITUTIONAL DEMOCRATIC CABINET. Received July 10,*9.28 p.m. ST. PETERSBURG, July 10. General Trepoff's suggestion for the formation l of a Constitutional Democratic Cabinet is believed to have emanated from higher circles than himself. it has aroused intense interest. M.
