AMERICAN MEAT SCANDAL.
INSPECTION BILL PASSED. Reoeived July 3, 8.26 a.m. NEW YORK, July 2. The Senate has passed the Meat Inspeotion Bill without requiring the date of inspeotion to be stamped oa oanned products. It aooepted a clause placing the cost of inspection on the Government. The paokers are jubilant.
