Reoeived July 4, 1.14 a.m. SYDNEY, July 3. In the Assembly Mr Crick made a disgraceful attack on the Press, alleging that his previous speech had been misreported in the Age and Argus. He threatened to puil the Sydney correspondent's windpipe out. The debate is proceeding. NEW SOUTH WALES RUGBY UNION. Reoeived July 4, 1.14 a.m. SYDNEY, July 3. The Rugby Union has decided in reference to the proposed visit of Saiut Patrick's College, Wellington, football team, that owing to existing engagements the Union is not disposed to enter into negotiations for a visit this season. A. suggestion was that the New Zealand Union might well follow in the steps of the New South Wales Union and invite a team to visit New Zealand or send a combination to Sydney.
