To provide for refusing or revoking a license if premises dirty or insanitary, if meat unfit for human consumption is sold, or condemnf d meat sold or offered for sale, or meat known to have been killed and dressed at m improper and insanitary slaughter-house, or not killed ana dressed at an Abattoir or Slaughter-house in accordance with law, or meat not duly passed and inspected by the proper Inspector, etc. making licensed butchers or vendor, etc., of meat responsible for sales and acts of assistants in shops or premises; providing for issue and exhibit of placards, stating that all meat sold in such shops is killed at the Abattoir. The said resolution will be submitted for' confirmation to the ordiuary meeting of the said Council, to be held at the Council Chambers', Chapel Street, op TUESDAY, 10th day of July, 1906, at; 7.30 p.m., at which, meeting the date of coming into operation ol the By-law will bp fixed.
