Owing to a number of players being unable to get away it is probable that the proposed visit of a Masterton Cricuet Association team to Napier, at Easter, will be abandoned. The Welch family of cricketers intend making a tour of the West Coast durini the Easter holidays Tney will leave Masterton on Thursday, play Ohau on Friday. Manukau on Saturday, Levin on Monday, and the Rahui Cricket Club ou Tuesday. The team will consist-of Messrs W. E. Welch (captain), G. 11. Welch, A. J. Welch, Henry Welch, E. Welch, Arthur Welch, F. P. Welch, Maurice Welch, Bert Welch, Rupert Welch, Kenneth Welch, Albert Welch. Mr F. P. Welch will manage the team.
