deceived April 6, 8.58 a.m. BERLIN, April 5. Prinoe Bulow, the Imperial Chancellor, fainted twice in the Reichstag to-day, and was removed in an unconscious state. The sitting of the Chamber was suspended. PROBAHLY INCAPACITATED FOR SOME WEEKS. THE KAISER MUCH CONCERNED. Received April 7, 12.4 a.m. LONDON, April 6. Prince Bulow is suffering from overwork, and an attack of influenza. Thero are no signs of paralysis. He will probably be incapacitated for some weeks. The Kaiser is much concerned.
