BOROUGH OF ROXBURGH.

The annual meeting of the committee of the Borough of Roxburgh licensing district was held on Thursday last, and was attended by Messrs Kitching (chairman), W. Smith, M'Mullin, and Wootton. The application of Archibald Clark for eleven o clock license for the Goldfields Hotel (late Qaeen s Head) was granted. The following applications for renewals were also granted: —H. H. Heron, Commercial Hotel; Patrick Ormond, Ormond's Hotel; J. H. Waioth, Albion Hotel. James Mackay's application for a renewal of his bottle license was also granted.
