EGGLESS PEACH ICE CJREAJI. Boil one quart milk, omitting enough to to moisten half a cup of sifted flour or corn starch to stir in the boiling milk till it thickens ; before taking from the fire add one pound pulverized sugar, stirring constantly ; when cool add one cup of cream and two dozen peach kernels, blanched, mashed and moistened with lemon essence ; if the flavor is not liked omit the kernels and add soft cut peaches to the frozen cream. STEWED CABBOTS. Wash or scrape ten or twelve carrots and put in cold- water; witb^salt, to boil till tender. Drain and put in a pan with pepper and chopped parsley, t>r with the juice of one lemon and sprinkle with sugar. GEOItGIA'S GIKGER SNAPS. Stir one cup of butter and one-half cake of sugar to a cream, add one cup of molasses, one teaspoon of ginger one-half teaspoon of soda, a half cup of milk and flour enough to r oll, not too stiff ; cut in shape and bake,
