I hopn when tht'y do com* together they will do something towards fiual y eoltlin? the question of restricting the radius of the resident surgeon, Dr Withers. I say as one of the oursido ratepayers that we must have a choice of doot ors ; and the Board are just now doing us a great injustice in this matter, bee iuse Dr Blair cannot be always available. — I am, &c, Fatbb Familus.
