LM A C L E A N * (in conjunction with Mr John ThompBOX, Lawrence) is instructed by the Mortgagee to sell by auction, at the Homestead, the following property — All those freehold lands, containing 448 acres 1 rood and 23 poles (more or less), being section numbered 30, block V; section 4, block VIII; section 1, block IX ; and sections 34, 35, 36, and 37, block XI j all situated in the Tuapeka district. All those leasbold lands, containing 208 acres 1 rood and 8 poles (more or less), being sections numbered 38 and 39, block V, situated in the said Tuapeka West District. Tbe leasehold lands are held under an agricultural lease from the Crown, having about three and a-half years to run, at the annual rental of £26 2s 6d.
