The f ol'owing business was brought before W. H. Eevell, Esq., at ilie Wardeu's-Conrt, yesterday: — t „ M. farron v. P. Samuel Johnston and others applied for a special site to stack failings at the head of Gabriels Gully. Mr M'Ooy (on behalf of tbe Blue Spur and Gabriels Gully SJuietng Co,), objected, owing to the ground b-jng auriferous, and the site being in a line with the Company's workings, and further, that tailings could be run over the ground.—Application refusr-d.
