TAOHLAN MACLEAN (on behalf of the British and New Zealand Mortgage and Agency Company, limited) has been favored with instructions from E. W. Humphreys, Esq., of Garthmyl (who is about to visit Europe), to offer for sale by public auction, in the Chamber of Commerce Hall, on Tuesday, 10th February, 1885, at two o'clock— 630 acres in the Strath-Taieri District, being part of the Garthyml Estate, in three lots, as follow :—: — Lot 1. Sections 28 and 29, Block V., StrathTaieri District, 104 acres 3 roods 17 pole?. Lot 2. Section 66, block IX, , Strath-Taieri District, 42 acres 1 rood 20 poleß. This section is in turnips, first furrow. Lot 3. Sections 59, 60, and 61, Block IX., and Sections 7, 8, 9, and 10, Block X., Strath-Taieri District, 485 acres 3 roods 30 poles.
