LOCAL SALES.
Messrs Akbucklb, Robertson AND Co*, re port a fair attendance at their sale-yards on Thursday last. About 1300 shee^ were yarded, which were -all disposed •of with the exception of a small lot of merino ewes (about 90),. which were withdrawn atf7« 2d. Pricci realised were— For merino ewe's, up to' 6s ; crossbred lambs, 8s GJ ; crossbred ewe*, 12s 3d ; Romney Marsh ewes, 33s ; do. rams,3l« ; merino rams,' 335. Cattle: Cots (dairy), £6 15i. Pigs (suckers), 14s 6d. Hacks were dull of sale.
