Contract No. 196 — Formation and part Metalling of 15 chains of the road Bulfin's to Tuapeka Mouth, situate in Block XI., Tuapeka West District. Contract No. 197— Formation and Metalling 74 chains of the road between Bulfin's and Sheenun's, situate in Block V., Tuapeka Weit District. Contract No. 198— Formation and part Metalling of 17 chains of road Falconer's Valley, situate in Block^ V. and VI., Tuapeka Weat District. Flans and specifications for the above to be seen at tbe County Council offices, Lawrence ; also, for Contract No. 191, at Foit-office Roxburgh. Each tender must be accompanied by a Separate Marked Bank Cheque, amounting to five per cent, on the amount of the Tender. Cheques to contain name of Contractor in body thereof, and be made payable to order of County Treasurer only. The lowest or any Tender not necessarily accepted.
