WARDEN'S COURT.

(Before W. L. Simpson, Esq., Warden.)

Wednesday, July 5. The following applications for waterraces was granted : — Morrison and party ; Sam. Cowap and Hugh Mackay Henderson ; William Riddell and R. Campbell. The following applications for extended claims were also granted : — William Jaraieson and party ; W. D. Morrison and party ; George Smith and Thomas Wilson. Residence areas — James Downos ; R. Lancaster.

Tyesday, 11th Juxt. Harris & Morrison v. Lab&s A Olhcra. — This was an action for trespass. After occupying the principal part of Monday and Tuesday, was postponed until Monday the 24th inst., for the production of plan, &c. A counter action was also postponed until the same date. An injunction ordered to restrain both parties from working in the meantime.
