Monday, June 5. Kirby and party ami Otago G<dd Mining Company, by their Manager, Mr. Campbell, v. Best ami party. Mr. Copland for plaintiffs. Mr. Gooday for defendants. Mr. Gooday applied for an adjournment to allow time for Mr. Adams to make a survey of the ground. Mr. Copland objected to an adjournment on several grounds.
