New Bulgar Government Unafraid. United Press Assn.—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received May 22, 11.40 a.m.) SOFIA, May 21. The Government is forcing economies in every direction, even reducing ministerial salaries from £I2OO to £430. Members of the Cabinet are dispensing with private railway carriages and staff motor-cars. Except' in Macedonia, where martial law is being maintained, all precautions have been relaxed. The Government evidently does not fear any reaction.
