CLASSICAL ASSOCIATION.
The annual meeting of the Christchurch Classical Association was held last evening at Canterbury College. In the absence of the president (Mr A. G. A. Baigent), who is no longer in Christchurch. Professor L. G. Pocock took the chair. The balance-sheet and annual report were presented by Miss M. Griff en, the. secretary and treasurer. Officers were electee? as follows:—President, Mr D. J. M. Glover; secretary and treasurer. Miss M. Grifflen; vicepresidents, Mr R. J. Richards and Professor Pocock; committee, Dr H. D. Broadhead. Miss Laurel, Miss Etliei Hawker and Mr C. E. W. Stewart.
