MINIATURE RIFLES.

The New Brighton Ladies’ Miniature Rifle Club opened the season with a match against a strong team from the Men’s Miniature Rifle Club last night. The match resulted in a win for the men by GS2 points to 673, but in a partnership match held in conjunction with the team match, there were eight possibles. In a shoot off Mrs H. A. Bishop and T. Hobbs were the winners. Mrs M. Moses welcomed the men’s team and congratulated them on their win. Mr T. Hobbs, captain of the men's club, responded.
