CITY MILK SUPPLY.
Control by Council to be Considered. In order to discuss the presentation of a Bill to Parliament with a view to having the milk supply in Christchurch regulated by a council, similar to that which operates in Auckland, the executive of the Christchurch Dairymen’s Association has called a meeting, to be held in the Y.M.C.A. at two o’clock on Tuesday. Among those invited to attend are the Mayor (Mr D. G. Sullivan. M.P.), local Members of Parliament, the chairmen of the adjacent county councils, and the city councillors.
