NEW WOOL PROCESS.

Prickly Feeling Banished by Discovery. UNSHRINKABILITY ENSURED. United Press Assn. —By Electric Telegraph—Copyright. (Received April 19, 11.30 a.m.) LONDON, April 18. The Wool Industries Research Association claims that it has discovered a new method to ensure the unshrinkability of wool, simultaneously removing that prickly feeling. The Association adds: “Lustre can be applied to loose scoured wool tops and knitted fabric. The method is being kept secret for the members of the Association, which holds the patent rights. The Association has successfully investigated the making of British printers’ blankets, as hard and durable as the American types, which at present are preferred to the British product.”
