RESERVE BANK.
Secretary to Governor Appointed. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, April 17. Mr E. C. Fussell, late of the National Bank of New Zealand, has been appointed to the staff of the Reserve Bank. For the time being he will act as private secretary to the Governor of the bank.
