Events to be Run at Hinds Sports. Handicaps have been announced for the cycling events at the Hinds Sports. A bus will leave the Technical College at 8.30 a.m. on Saturday tp convey riders to and from the sports. The handicaps One Mile (first three in final) —First heat: F. J. Grose scr, J.
