Dispute Over Reserve Bank Bill. ("Star'’ Parliamentary Reporter.) WELLINGTON, November 22. Ix is possible that when the Reserve Bank Bill is returned to the House from the Legislative Council, Mr Coates will make a statement to the House dealing with the question of the appointment of a governor and deputy-governor.
