SUMMER TIME.
Clocks Will be Put Forward To-morrow. At 2 o’clock to-morrow morning summer time, or “ daylight saving,” begins officially, and clocks will be put forward half an hour until March 19, 1933. The half-hour of summer time, which was instituted as a compromise, is now accepted by the whole community as a very satisfactory arrangement.
