WRESTLING.

New Zealand Middle-weight Championship. A match between Jim Mtisson, the well-known Christchurch athlete and matman, and Harold Price, the holder of the Victorian welter-weight title, has been awaited by followers of the wrestling sport in Christchurch for a long time. The Canterbury Wrestling Association has been successful in arranging the bout, which will take place next Tuesday night at the Civic Theatre. The New Zealand professional middleweight title will be at stake and both wrestlers are keen to annex the championship. Both are renowned for scientific wrestling and they are evenly matched. Price has returned from a very successful Australian tour. Prices have bee-n specially reduced for the bout. The Canterbury amateur championships will be advanced still further at this meeting. All tickets can be obtained at Range's, tobacconist, United Service Buildings.
