The Christchurch Municipal Band will be in attendance at Johnson’s Fish Ponds, Opawa, every Wednesday evening. Community singing, dancing and games will also be a feature. Next Saturday afternoon Mrs Brown’s pupils will present an excellent programme and that night the entertainment will bo in the hands of well-known artists, led by Charles Lawrence and Frank Moran.
