Cashmere Hills Residence Sold. Messrs H. G. Livingstone and Co., auctioneers, concluded a ti'ansaction yesterday for the sale of the property in the estate of the late C. G. Dalgety, known as “ Holbury ” and situated No. 37 Hackthorne Road, Cashmere. The property contains an area of 2 acres 3 roods 8 perches, on which stands a very fine two-storey residence. It was previously held by the estate of the late Archdeacon James Wilson and for many years was occupied by Miss Wilson. Messrs H. G.
