BUILDING SUBSIDY SCHEME
To assist the Government’s building subsidy scheme, a plan competition for a six-roomed residence is being conducted by the Allied Building Industries of Wellington, in association with the New Zealand Institute of Architects. The competition is open to all architectural students and draughtsmen whether employed or not, and a condition of the competition is the highest utilisation of New Zealand materials in the construction of the house.
